About this product
The hand spray puts UCOATE’s formaldehyde chemistry in a 500ml bottle you can use at home. Spray it on new furniture, inside cabinets and wardrobes, and on the spots that off-gas after a renovation. It runs on the same SGS-tested, OECD 420 non-toxic formula we’ve supplied to Singapore contractors and resellers since 2018 — the one product in our range made for home use, and you can buy it on Shopee.

Yes. It is water-based and classified non-toxic under OECD 420 (LD50 > 2000 mg/kg·bw), so it is safe to use in homes with children and pets when you follow the directions on the bottle.
It uses the same formula UCOATE has tested with SGS Singapore and to the EN 717-1 and OECD 420 standards. In SGS laboratory testing the formulation removed 93.83% of formaldehyde.
